United States — Orders & Shipping

Shipping is charged at a flat rate by product type. Rates below apply to orders shipped within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product drops or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days due to higher volume. All shipping is standard via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Review note · Shipping rates Per last week's meeting. Apparel and accessories get free shipping over $150, with a flat rate under that; boards always carry a rate by category. This reflects the meeting decision, which updated Sean's earlier rate sheet (that draft had proposed no free shipping). Flagging only so everyone can confirm the page matches what we agreed.

Apparel & Accessories

Free shipping on U.S. apparel and accessory orders over $150. For orders under $150:

  • Continental U.S. — flat rate $12.95
  • Hawaii & Alaska — flat rate $18.95

Surfboards, hand planes, and bodyboards are excluded from the free shipping threshold and the apparel rate, and ship at the rates below.

Surfboards

All surfboards except the Regulator Series:

  • Continental U.S. — flat rate $95 (UPS Ground)
  • Hawaii & Alaska — flat rate $175

Regulator Series (excluding 9'0"):

  • Continental U.S. — flat rate $250 (UPS Ground)
  • Hawaii & Alaska — flat rate $450

Regulator Series 9'0" boards are available through authorized retailers only. Find a retailer.

Bodyboards

  • Continental U.S. — flat rate $40 (UPS Ground)
  • Hawaii & Alaska — flat rate $100

Hand Planes

  • Continental U.S. — flat rate $27 (UPS Ground)
  • Hawaii & Alaska — flat rate $62

United States — Returns & Exchanges

Review note · Confirm these terms Provenance unconfirmed. The returns terms in this section (the highlighted items below) were carried over from the existing live page. We have not confirmed whether they are current and approved or leftover from an earlier policy. Sean / Roxy: please confirm or correct the return window, the return fee, the contact email, and the sale/clearance exclusion.

We hope you love your Fun Day Surf products, but if you need to return or exchange an item, we've made it simple. You may return or exchange items as long as:

  • Your purchase was made through our website fundaysurf.com.
  • The item was received within the last 30 days and you can provide proof of purchase.
  • Products are in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unsurfed, and with original tags attached.
  • The product was not purchased on sale, clearance, or as a gift card.

Fun Day Surf will charge a $10.00 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund balance.

How to Return

Only items purchased through fundaysurf.com can be returned or exchanged through our online store. To start a return, email returns@fundaysurf.com with your order number and reason for return.

Review note · Email consistency Three contact addresses are currently used across our policy pages: returns@ (here), support@ (surfboard page and damage contact below), and hi@ (retailer page). The surfboard page uses support@ for everything per Roxy's earlier instruction. Recommend standardizing. Which address should apparel returns use?

We'll issue a prepaid return label for qualifying U.S. orders. Return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the product was defective (determined at our discretion). Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact support@fundaysurf.com within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged product for faster resolution.

International — Orders & Shipping

We are currently not selling or shipping international orders. We are aiming to start spring 2026.
