Order Cancellations & Changes

We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed once it has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including your products, quantities, and shipping address. If you need to cancel your order or update your shipping address, please contact us at support@fundaysurf.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes to the order or shipping address can be made. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to the applicable return policy below.

Orders & Shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the contiguous U.S. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship free on orders of $150 or more, and $18.95 under $150. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product drops and sales, allow up to 5 business days. All orders ship standard via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Returns & Exchanges

This return and exchange policy applies to apparel and accessories only. For surfboards, bodyboards, and hand planes, please see our separate Surfboard Returns, Warranty & Care policy.

We hope you love your Fun Day Surf products, but if you need to return or exchange an item, we've made it simple. You may return or exchange items as long as:

• Your purchase was made through our website fundaysurf.com.
• The item was received within the last 30 days and you can provide proof of purchase.
• Products are in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unsurfed, and with original tags attached.
• The product was not purchased on sale, clearance, or as a gift card.

Fun Day Surf will charge a $10.00 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund balance.

How to Return

Only items purchased through fundaysurf.com can be returned or exchanged through our online store. To start a return, email support@fundaysurf.com with your order number and reason for return.

We'll issue a prepaid return label for qualifying U.S. orders. Return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the product was defective (determined at our discretion). Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after receipt and inspection.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact support@fundaysurf.com within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged product for faster resolution.

Surfboards, Bodyboards & Hand Planes

Orders & Shipping

Surfboards, bodyboards, and hand planes ship free within the contiguous U.S. via UPS Ground. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is shown at checkout. Boards ship within the U.S. only.

Regulator Series 9'0" boards are available through authorized retailers only. Find a retailer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

International Orders & Shipping

We ship apparel and accessories internationally to select countries. International shipping rates, duties, and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no surprise charges on delivery. Available countries are shown at checkout.

Surfboards, bodyboards, and hand planes ship within the United States only.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your delivery status. For international returns or exchanges, email support@fundaysurf.com.
