Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

United States – Orders & Shipping

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100, except for surfboard orders which carry a flat rate of $100 per board. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product drops or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days due to higher volume. All shipping is standard via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

United States – Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your Fun Day Surf products, but if you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve made it simple. You may return or exchange items as long as:

  • Your purchase was made through our website fundaysurf.com.
  • The item was received within the last 30 days and you can provide proof of purchase.
  • Products are in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unsurfed, and with original tags attached.
  • The product was not purchased on sale, clearance, or as a gift card.

Fun Day Surf will charge a $10.00 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund balance.

How to Return

Only items purchased through fundaysurf.com can be returned or exchanged through our online store. To start a return, email returns@fundaysurf.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll issue a prepaid return label for qualifying U.S. orders. Return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the product was defective (determined at our discretion). Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact support@fundaysurf.com within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged product for faster resolution.

International – Orders & Shipping

We are currently not selling and shipping international orders. We are aiming to start spring 2026.
